明日花綺羅表示，雖然自己慢了半拍，但還是努力想要做出時下正夯的愛心奶給大家看，成品果真令粉絲們驚呼連連，就連另一位當紅的AV女優三上悠亞也現身留言表示「喜歡」；網友們則紛紛回應，「這個渾圓飽滿的感覺可不是一般人擠得出來的」、「不愧是明日花綺羅」、「要失血過多了啦」、「這是我看過最厲害的愛心奶」。
